This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Pathway Builders Network (“we,” “our,” or “us”) manages the receipt and fulfillment of donations, program support, and service requests. As a nonprofit organization, our primary goal is to ensure accountability, transparency, and responsible stewardship of all contributions received from donors and community partners.
2. Donations and Contributions
Processing of Donations:
All monetary donations are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. Donors will receive an electronic or physical confirmation receipt after payment is successfully completed.Use of Donations:
Donations are allocated to support our community programs, outreach initiatives, and operational needs in alignment with our mission to empower and strengthen local communities.Acknowledgment:
Donors contributing $250 or more will receive an acknowledgment letter suitable for tax purposes, as required by the IRS.
3. Program Enrollment & Services
For individuals or organizations registering for programs, volunteer events, or community projects:
Confirmation emails will be sent once registration is received and processed.
In cases where program materials or digital resources are provided, access will be granted within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
If there are any scheduling changes, postponements, or cancellations, participants will be notified promptly via email or phone.
4. Refunds & Adjustments
Because Pathway Builders Network is a nonprofit organization, donations are generally non-refundable. However, we recognize certain exceptional circumstances may arise:
Duplicate transactions or accidental overpayments.
Technical errors during online donation processing.
Event or program cancellations initiated by our organization.
To request a review or adjustment, please contact us at support@prosperitypathwaynetwork.com within 7 business days of your transaction. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued through the original payment method.
5. Delivery of Goods or Materials (If Applicable)
If your contribution includes the purchase of tangible items (e.g., event materials, merchandise, or sponsorship kits):
Orders are typically fulfilled within 7–10 business days.
You will receive tracking information via email once your item ships.
For local deliveries or pickup events, specific details will be communicated in advance.
6. Service Availability
Our community programs and outreach services are subject to availability, funding, and local scheduling. Pathway Builders Network reserves the right to adjust or reschedule program offerings as needed to best serve our mission and community needs.
